Ingredients required
Cauli flower – 200 grams
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – pinch
Curry – 1 rebba
Onion – 1
Salt – enough
Yellow – pinch
Pallis – Guppedu
Green chillies – 2
Atkulu – 200 gms
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coriander – For garnish
Preparation method
First clean the cauliflower. Otherwise worms will remain in it. Now light the stove and add the cauliflower pieces and cook. This will make the cauliflower soft. Apart from that, the impurities in it are lost. After they are cooked, strain and keep aside. Wash the onion and green chillies well and slice them thinly. Wash the paste.. flour without water.. keep it aside.
Now light the stove and put a pan. Once it is hot add olive oil or ghee and heat it. After the oil heats up, fry the pallis in it. When it becomes slightly crispy, add mustard seeds and fry. Add onion slices and green chillies to it and cook. It is better if salt and turmeric are also fried. Add curry leaves and mix well. Now add curry leaves. Once again mix it well and add cauliflower and let it cook.
After cooking cauliflower, add paste and mix well. Keep it for two minutes.. Stop the stove. Add lemon juice to it and mix well. Hot Keto Poha is ready if garnished with coriander. This is a low carb breakfast. It is low in fat and carbohydrates. You can take it regularly if you are on a keto diet. Apart from helping in weight loss, it also improves health.
