Ingredients required
To roast with ghee..
Dry chillies – 125 gms
Coriander seeds – 30 gms
Cumin seeds – 15 gms
Fenugreek seeds – 5 gms
Peppers – 5 gms
Cloves – 2
Garlic – 5 cloves
Yellow – pinch
For chicken marinate..
Boneless Chicken – 500 grams
Yogurt – 50 grams
Lemon – 1
To cook the chicken..
Tamarind pulp – 20 grams
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Ghee – 50 gms
Chili – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste Enough
For dosha..
Dosha flour
Cheese – 120 grams
Ghee – For dosha Sufficient
Coriander – 1 bunch (finely chopped)
Special chutney (dip) for dosha
Curry leaves – 4 tsp
Yogurt – 100 ml
Salt – enough
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Panchadara – little
Pepper – Half teaspoon
Preparation method..
Prepare ghee roast masala. Put black pepper, coriander, cumin, fenugreek, pepper, cloves, garlic and turmeric in a small fry pan and dry roast it. Fry until fragrant and keep aside. After they cool, add them to the mix and make powder. You can also store it. This powder can be stored in the fridge for a few weeks.
Now marinate the chicken. Wash the chicken well and take it in a bowl. Add curd and lemon juice to it and mix well and keep aside. An hour before is enough. Now light the stove and put a pan and add ghee in it and add ginger garlic paste. Add onions and tomato slices to it and let it simmer. Add curry leaves and fry.. Let the ingredients cook gently. Add some water in it but let it boil gently. Add the marinated chicken and cook it. Cook until the chicken is soft. Finally add tamarind pulp and mix well. Add the prepared masala mix and cook for two minutes. Then add salt as per taste and stop the stove.
Light the stove for dosa.. Put the dosa pan on it. Add the dosa batter.. Put the chicken filling on it. When the dosa is done roasting.. Hot Gee roast chicken dosa is ready. You can dip it in curd dip and eat it. For the curd dip.. Fry the curry leaves well. Add it to curd and mix well. Add salt, cumin, sugar and chilli and mix until smooth. This will be the best combination for Gee Roast Chicken Dosa.
