Adai Dosa Recipe : In Indian cuisine, dosa is the most preferred breakfast dish by both veg and non-veg people. These are available to us in many varieties. Purple – 30 grams
Red kandi dal – 15 grams
Green Groundnut – 15 grams
Grilled rice – 15 grams
Chili – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp

Salt – enough to taste
Preparation Method
Soaking purple lentils, red dal, green gram dal and uppa rice for 2 hours is sufficient. After they are completely soaked, wash them well and put them in a mixer and grind them finely. If necessary add some water and grind again. After it is made into a dosha-like dough, take it in a separate bowl.
Add chillies, asafoetida, curry leaves, cumin seeds and salt to this dough and mix well. Keep it aside for ten minutes. Now light the stove and place the dosa pan. Pour oil on it and pour dosa batter with a ladle. After it is cooked on one side, it should be lightly roasted on the other side. That’s all the hot purple dosha. You can dip it with palli chutney or coconut chutney.
